Traditionally, the conference will provide a detailed overview of mergers and acquisitions in the Baltics and forecasts for major deals to take place this year. Vienna Capital Partners, advisors to Maxima on the acquisition of Stokrotka retail chain, will discuss the logic behind investing in Poland and highlight what makes investing in Poland so attractive. Superia Corporate Finance will overview the expanding geography of foreign investors and other trends in the regional M&A market.
In the panel discussion, Lithuanian businesses will share insights about their recent outbound acquisitions in other European countries and discuss other topics. With some time having passed now from the original acquisitions and with new investments ongoing, it is already possible to make a summary of the challenges and prospects for outbound investments.
