COBALT advise Net Group on sale of IT infrastructure company NG Infra to leading Nordic and Baltic IT infrastructure company ATEA

Estonian new generation private IT company Net Group entered into an agreement with leading Nordic and Baltic IT infrastructure company ATEA. Under the contract ATEA acquired 100% of shares in NG Infra OÜ to become the biggest IT infrastructure company in the Baltics. Oslo Stock Exchange-listed ATEA, whose revenue topped 2.6 billion EUR in 2011, employs approximately 5,800 personnel and is represented inNorway,Sweden,Denmark,Finland,Lithuania,Latvia and Estonia.

Net Group chairman Priit Kongo mentioned in a press release, that for two years Net Group has been looking for a suitable partner to develop NG Infra to the next level.

Net Group, an Estonian new generation private IT company offering innovative and economically viable IT solutions in Estonia and the Baltics, achieved revenue of 10 million EUR in 2011.

The project legal team included partner Priit Pahapill and associate Ott Aava.
