COBALT advised Amari Metals Europe Ltd

Amari Metals Europe Ltd, an international multi-metal distributor with a network of service centres covering the whole of Europe, purchased 10 stock operations in nine countries from NASDAQ OMX Helsinki listed Outokumpu, a global leader in stainless steel.

From Tallinn office partner Priit Pahapill, senior associate Helen Tulve and of-counsel Andreas Kotsjuba belonged to the team.
