COBALT advised Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange-listed investment fund Baltic Horizon Fund on acquisition of Postimaja shopping center located in the heart of Tallinn. Value of the deal is 34.4 MEUR.

For years, Postimaja has been a landmark building in Tallinn city center and it was fully renovated into a shopping center in 2013.

The anchor tenants of Postimaja shopping center are Rimi, H&M, New Yorker, Estonian Post and MyFitness.

COBALT advised the client throughout the transaction, including carrying out due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, submission of the merger notification and coordination of the closing.
