COBALT advised on the purchase of egg producer Koks Munatootmine

COBALT advised DAVA Foods Holding, a leading Nordic egg producer belonging to the Danish agricultural group Danish Agro, on the purchase of Estonian egg producer Koks Munatootmine. Prior to the transaction the shareholding of Koks Munatootmine belonged to food producer HKScan Estonia. Koks Munatootmine was established in 2013 on the basis of the egg production chain of Tallegg (well-known Estonian egg brand) and is engaged in the production, packaging and distribution of fresh shell eggs in Estonia.

We advised our client on preparing and completion of the transaction as well as on merger proceeding.

The transaction was advised by senior associate Triin Ploomipuu and the project team advising on the merger proceeding included partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and associate Greete-Kristiine Kuru.
