“In the second half of 2017, the transactional market in Lithuania will remain active: major on-going deals will be signed, large announced transactions will be completed on receipt of necessary authorisations. The global trend of an increasing number of transactions made by way of auction with several competing buyers can be noticed in the Baltics as well. The number of out-bound investments by Baltic investors may also increase,” says Dr Juozas Rimas, a COBALT Partner and the Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group.
