Linstow group has sold the trade centers Alfa, Dole and Mols to Norwegian fund Acta.Simultaneously, refinancing of the investments has been performed to free resources for further investment and development projects. Linstow group companies have entered a syndicated loan agreement for the sum of EUR 100 million with the banking syndicate led by DnB NOR Bank ASA and AS DnB NORD Banka.
The sale and refinancing transaction is the largest of its kind in the Baltic States up to the date.
