Parex banka sells its leasing company in Azerbaijan

AS Parex banka has sold its Azerbaijan subsidiary, leasing company Parex Lizinq and Faktorinq, to SWITLAR investments B.V., a private limited liability company from the Netherlands. This is already the second transaction of sale of AS Parex banka leasing companies abroad where COBALT have rendered legal advice to AS Parex Banka.
