KMG OÜ sold the road marking and traffic sign production businesses

KMG OÜ sold a department specializing in road marking and traffic sign production to Hot Est OÜ.

KMG OÜ is one of Estonia’s leading road construction companies with more than 30 years of work experience. Hot Est OÜ belongs to Hot Mix Group Oy, which operates in the field of road marking and the production of necessary materials in Finland and Sweden, now additionally in Estonia.

According to Indrek Pappel, a member of the KMG board, the deal was reached by the parties’ previous relationship of trust among other things, because KMG has been a user of Hot Mix products for many years.
