Latvenergo group is the largest power supplier in the Baltics. It operates in electricity and thermal energy generation and trade, electricity distribution services, and leasing of transmission system assets.

COBALT advised Latvenergo on corporate governance issues related to reduction of the company’s share capital by 454 MEUR. The assistance of COBALT  included organising and chairing the meeting of the client’s bondholders for approval of the capital reduction.
