COBALT advised city-owned public transportation company Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS (TLT) on starting additional bus routes.
In January 2019, the former public transportation operator MRP Liinid OÜ (MRP) announced it will stop operating it bus routes. In order to keep the bus routes running, Tallinn decided to increase the volume of the contract with TLT by 11 routes.
COBALT’s team, led by specialist counsel Kadri Matteus, advised TLT on procuring temporary buses and on other matters pertaining to the extraordinary launching of the routes. The client was advised also by partner Peeter Kutman and senior associate Heili Haabu.
