COBALT advised the media group Ekspress Grupp on IPO

The office served as counsel to Ekspress Group, the first media company in the Baltic countries to carry out an IPO. We were assigned to prepare the corresponding documentation and the EU prospectus. The case was successfully completed with the oversubscribed public offering exceeding the value of EUR 35 mio.
