COBALT advises banking syndicate in construction of Riga Plaza shopping center

The banking syndicate formed by MKB Bank Zrt (Hungary), AS SEB Banka and AS UniCredit Banka has granted a loan financing in excess of EUR 80,000,000 to SIA Dīksna for the construction and development of Riga Plaza, a new shopping, recreation and entertainment center in Riga city.
COBALT advised and represented the financing banks in structuring and drafting the loan and security documentation and perfection of the relevant security interests.
