COBALT advises on sale of alcoholic beverage company Mobil Plus ADV

 Altia Corporation, Finnish state-owned company engaged in trading with alcoholic beverages in Scandinavia and Baltic countries, has acquired shares in Mobil Plus ADV, one of the leading wholesalers of alcoholic beverages on Latvian market. In 2005 Altia Corporation turnover was EUR 420 million. Mobil Plus ADV annual turnover was ca. EUR 24 million.
