COBALT assisted Deutsche Bahn Aktiengesellschaft in global reorganisation process

COBALT Riga office assisted Deutsche Bahn Aktiengesellschaft (DB), one of the largest transportation providers in Europe, in global reorganization of the DB Group structure which encompassed the regrouping of certain companies, inter allia, the change of control in the Latvian subsidiaries – SIA Schenker and SIA Sky Partners.

COBALT responsibilities included drafting and commenting transaction documents, advice on Latvian corporate aspects of the reorganization and implementation of the transaction.

COBALT Vilnius and Tallinn offices acted as Lithuanian and Estonian local counsels to DB, respectively.
