COBALT represented the shareholders of UAB Vėjų spektras in the sale of its shares to the Swiss investment fund Quaero European Infrastructure Fund

COBALT represented UAB Vėjų spektras, a company managing 21.5 MW wind farm in Šilutė district, in the sale of 100% of its shares to Quaero European Infrastructure Fund managed by the Swiss company Quaero Capital.

UAB Vėjų spektras is one of the largest wind farm operators and owners in Lithuania and the Baltics developing renewable and alternative energy projects through cutting-edge science technologies and latest discoveries.

Quaero Capital is an independent private equity fund management company based in Geneva with offices in Zurich, Luxembourg, Paris and London.

COBALT prepared transaction documents, represented clients in negotiations, provided advice on transaction-related issues. The project team included Elijus Burgis, Partner and the Head of Transaction and Finance Department, and Julija Timoščenko, Associate.
