Successful representation of SIA PRO DEV in tax dispute

Successful representation of SIA PRO DEV, a construction company, in tax dispute with the State Revenue Service in relation to tax audit, which resulted in surcharge in the amount of EUR 100 000.

COBALT represented the client before the administrative courts. On May 2016 the unfavourable decision of the State Revenue Service was annulled by the court’s judgment, which has come into force.
