Liisa Puu is an assistant lawyer at COBALT who assists associates in their everyday work. She is specialised in public procurements and dispute resolution, focused mainly on administrative and civil law disputes. Liisa holds a BA degree from the University of Tartu, Estonia and is currently a MA student there. Prior to joining COBALT, Liisa completed various internships at another law firm and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During her studies, she has also gained professional knowledge from different programs carried out by other law firms. Liisa is also member of ELSA.
