Kui t\u00f6\u00f6andja ei ole puhkuste ajakava \u00f5igeaegselt koostanud v\u00f5i soovib seda hiljem muuta, v\u00f5ib t\u00f6\u00f6andja proovida saavutada t\u00f6\u00f6tajatega kokkulepped puhkuste kasutamiseks perioodil, kui t\u00f6\u00f6d on v\u00e4he. Kuna t\u00f6\u00f6tajatele tuleb seadusega etten\u00e4htud puhkusi igatahes anda ning kasutamata p\u00f5hipuhkuse osa t\u00f6\u00f6lepingu l\u00f5ppemisel h\u00fcvitada, on see kulude kokkuhoiuks hea v\u00f5imalus. Seda eelk\u00f5ige juhul, kui tegemist on ajutiselt vaiksema perioodiga, v\u00f5i kui ei ole veel selge, kas t\u00f6\u00f6mahu v\u00e4henemine v\u00f5ib avaldada pikemaajalist m\u00f5ju ja tuua kaasa vajaduse t\u00f6\u00f6tajad koondada.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> V\u00e4hendada ajutiselt \u00fchepoolselt t\u00f6\u00f6tajate t\u00f6\u00f6tasu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00dcldjuhul saab t\u00f6\u00f6andja t\u00f6\u00f6lepingus kokkulepitud tingimusi muuta \u00fcksnes kokkuleppel t\u00f6\u00f6tajaga. Erandkorras on t\u00f6\u00f6andjal siiski v\u00f5imalik v\u00e4hendada t\u00f6\u00f6taja t\u00f6\u00f6tasu \u00fchepoolselt. T\u00f6\u00f6andjal on selline \u00f5igus, kui m\u00f5lemad j\u00e4rgnevad tingimused on t\u00e4idetud:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>t\u00f6\u00f6andja ei saa temast mitteolenevatest etten\u00e4gematutest majanduslikest asjaoludest tulenevalt t\u00f6\u00f6tajale kokkulepitud ulatuses t\u00f6\u00f6d anda ning<\/li>\n<li>kokkulepitud t\u00f6\u00f6tasu maksmine oleks t\u00f6\u00f6andjale ebam\u00f5istlikult koormav.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6tasu saab v\u00e4hendada m\u00f5istliku ulatuseni, kuid mitte alla t\u00f6\u00f6tasu alamm\u00e4\u00e4ra, kolmeks kuuks 12- kuulise ajavahemiku (mitte kalendriaasta) jooksul. Sellisel juhul on t\u00f6\u00f6tajal \u00f5igus keelduda t\u00f6\u00f6 tegemisest v\u00f5rdeliselt t\u00f6\u00f6tasu v\u00e4hendamisega. Enne t\u00f6\u00f6tasu v\u00e4hendamist peab t\u00f6\u00f6andja pakkuma t\u00f6\u00f6tajale v\u00f5imaluse korral teist t\u00f6\u00f6d ning t\u00e4itma ka seadusest tulenevad informeerimis- ja teavitamiskohustused. Antud variant aitab ettev\u00f5ttel ajutiselt v\u00e4hendada t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5ukulusid, s\u00e4ilitades t\u00f6\u00f6tajate t\u00f6\u00f6kohad.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> V\u00e4hendada t\u00f6\u00f6tajatega kokkuleppel t\u00f6\u00f6koormust<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kui t\u00f6\u00f6tasu \u00fchepoolse v\u00e4hendamise aluseks n\u00f5utavad tingimused ei ole t\u00e4idetud, saab alati proovida j\u00f5uda t\u00f6\u00f6tajatega t\u00f6\u00f6koormuse v\u00e4hendamise osas kokkuleppele. Olenevalt sellest, kas t\u00f6\u00f6mahu v\u00e4henemine paistab olevat p\u00fcsiv v\u00f5i ajutine, v\u00f5ib kaaluda nii t\u00e4htajatute kui ka t\u00e4htajaliste muudatuste tegemist.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Koondada t\u00f6\u00f6tajad<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>K\u00f5ige raskem otsus on koondada osa v\u00f5i k\u00f5ik t\u00f6\u00f6tajad. See v\u00f5ib olla vajalik olukordades, kus ettev\u00f5ttel ei ole v\u00f5imalik tegevust senises mahus j\u00e4tkata, eelnimetatud meetmeid ei ole v\u00f5imalik v\u00f5tta v\u00f5i need ei ole piisavad t\u00f6\u00f6andja konkurentsiv\u00f5ime s\u00e4ilitamiseks. Strateegia l\u00e4bim\u00f5tlemist ning otsuste tegemist ei tasu edasi l\u00fckata, kuna see v\u00f5ib oluliselt kahjustada ettev\u00f5tte j\u00e4tkusuutlikku toimimist, tuua kaasa t\u00f6\u00f6tajate usaldamatuse ning kahjustada ettev\u00f5tte mainet.
