Viena vertus, tai \u2013 atstovavimo santykiai, kuomet vadovui, kaip bendrov\u0117s \u012fgaliotiniui, pavedama veikti bendrov\u0117s vardu ir savo veiksmais sukurti bendrovei teises ir pareigas.<\/p>\n<p>Antra vertus, vadovas teikia tam tikras intelektines paslaugas, t. y. u\u017etikrina kasdienin\u012f bendrov\u0117s funkcionavim\u0105 ir jos reikal\u0173 tvarkym\u0105. Lietuvos teismai taip pat pripa\u017e\u012fsta fakt\u0105, kad vadovo veikla yra ir profesin\u0117 veikla, kuriai b\u016bdingas darbo santyki\u0173 elementas. Vadovui \u2013 kaip ir bet kuriam kitam pagal darbo sutart\u012f dirban\u010diam asmeniui \u2013 tai svarbu d\u0117l \u012fstatymais nustatyt\u0173 privalom\u0173 socialini\u0173 garantij\u0173 u\u017etikrinimo.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ilgamet\u0117 praktika rodo, kad gin\u010dai d\u0117l vadovo atsakomyb\u0117s taikymo neturi b\u016bti sprend\u017eiami kreipiantis \u012f darbo gin\u010dus nagrin\u0117jan\u010dius subjektus.
