Ieva Starovoitovė yra rinkodaros bei komunikacijos vadovė su beveik 19 metų patirtimi įvairiuose sektoriuose, daugiausia teisės paslaugų ir energetikos srityse. Ji kuria ir įgyvendina strategines rinkodaros bei komunikacijos strategijas, planuoja biudžetus, stiprina prekės ženklo matomumą. Ieva turi patirties naujų prekės ženklų įvedime į Lietuvos rinką. Ji pasižymi strategišku mąstymu ir stipria motyvacija. Ieva yra baigusi Tarptautinio verslo ir marketingo magistro studijas ISM Vadybos ir Ekonomikos universitete. Prieš prisijungdama prie COBALT, Ieva dirbo verslo plėtros vadove investicijų grupėje.
