Juris specializes in construction law, public procurement law, and administrative law. His extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors includes legal counsel for large-scale transport infrastructure construction projects and the drafting of FIDIC construction, design, and engineering consultant agreements, as well as FIDIC contract administration. He is highly skilled in drafting procedural documents, legislation, and agreements.
Prior to joining COBALT, Juris worked for entity in charge of implementation of the Rail Baltica project in Latvia and various law firms.
