Eva-Triin Kubpart is an Assistant Lawyer at COBALT. She assists associates in their everyday work. She mainly specialises in the fields of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
Eva-Triin is currently obtaining a master’s degree from University of Tartu’s Law Faculty. Before joining COBALT, Eva-Triin practiced in the Northern District Prosecutor’s Office in the department for Juvenile Crimes and Crimes of Violence Committed in Close Relationships. She has practiced in the Police and Border Guard Board in the violent crimes department as well. In addition, she has practiced in two other law firms and with bailiff Reet Rosenthal. As part of her internships, Eva-Triin has also advised the Women’s Support and Information Center.
Besides her studies, Eva-Triin was a part of the team, who represented Estonia at the 46th Telders International Law Moot Court Competition 2023, and in 2022 she won second place in Kirjutuslahing writing competition. In addition, she has been a teaching assistant in the International Law Moot Court course at the University of Tartu.
