Ieva Milkamanavičiūtė is an Associate in the M&A practice group of COBALT Lithuania. She obtained a Master‘s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. Prior to joining the COBALT team, Ieva worked at a law firm in the fields of M&A (Private Equity) and Corporate Law, counselled business clients on the planned transactions and its course, provided legal assistance in the processes of set-up, governance, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities.
