Simas is an Associate practicing in the Banking and Finance Practice Group at Cobalt Lithuania. Simas advises local and international financial market participants on compliance, legal regulation of financial technologies, and other related matters. Simas also assists clients in the financial institution licensing process. Prior to joining the COBALT team, Simas gained experience in another law firm, consulting fintech clients on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues.
