Simona Galiauskė is an Associate in the M&A practice group of COBALT Lithuania. Simona obtained a Master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.
Prior to joining COBALT team, Simona worked at an international group of companies and an international law firm, where she gained experience in corporate governance, corporate law and M&A.
