Donatas Ramanauskas is an Attorney-at-law, Senior Associate of the Administrative and Business Disputes practice group in the Lithuanian office of COBALT.
The lawyer joined COBALT law firm in 2015. The main specialization of the lawyer is the resolution of civil, administrative and business disputes, which includes representation of clients in court and arbitration.
Donatas has accumulated many years of experience in representing clients in complex disputes of shareholders, disputes regarding civil liability of the CEOs and members of the managing board of directors, complex contract disputes, represents clients’ interests in commercial arbitration cases. The lawyer has experience in resolving disputes between foreign investors and the host state, representing clients in investment arbitration cases. During his years of work, Donatas also participated in administrative cases regarding the legality of normative legal acts regulating the biofuels sector.
Donatas obtained a master’s degree in law (specialization in commercial law) at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.
