Ieva Pukelienė
About
Ieva Pukelienė is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania. She has more than 14 years of legal experience encompassing the entire real estate lifecycle – from land acquisition, design and construction stages to transaction execution, property transfer, and subsequent use, including lease agreements, mortgage transactions, property consolidation or other encumbrances.
Ieva has extensive professional experience gained while working at a notary office and has successfully passed the notary qualification examination, which provides her with in-depth knowledge of transaction formalities and legal requirements. She also has valuable experience in real estate development projects, acquired while working at one of the largest real estate development groups in Lithuania.
Ieva holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Vilnius University.
