About

Ilze leads COBALT’s Legal Support Services in the Latvia office, ensuring modern, high-quality administrative and legal support across the firm. She strengthens efficient workflows, service standards and continuity, and drives process improvement and innovation, including digitalisation, automation and practical AI-enabled solutions.

Ilze brings more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, project and company management. She has previously worked in the private sector, including at one of the leading mobile telecommunications operators in Latvia. She also has valuable experience leading projects at an international non-profit organisation.

Ilze has lectured at the Latvian Academy of Sports Education on public relations and has conducted seminars for companies on topics such as project management, public speaking and presentation skills.
