About

Rasa Mikutiene is an Associate Partner at COBALT Lithuania. She specialises in tax law and has over ten years of experience in consulting clients on a wide range of direct and indirect tax matters. Rasa‘s main area of competence is value added tax, including the taxation of real estate transactions, finance and insurance products, cross-border supply chains and many others. Rasa also has extensive experience in advising clients on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, company group restructurings, employee incentive schemes and others.

Prior to joining COBALT Rasa was working at another leading law firm.

Rasa holds a Master’s degree in law from Vilnius University and a Master‘s degree in European and International Tax Law from Lund University, Sweden.

Rasa is recommended as a leading tax practitioner in Lithuania by Chambers Europe and the Legal 500.
