About
Roberta Iškauskaitė is an Associate Lawyer and Assistant Attorney at Law in the M&A and Corporate Transactions Practice Group at COBALT. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters and is actively involved in corporate transactions, structuring and business development projects, and delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Prior to joining the COBALT team, Roberta spent two years at another law firm, where she gained valuable experience advising clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial law matters. Before that, she worked as an in-house legal counsel within a corporate group holding company, and earlier in her career was a member of COBALT’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she acquired substantial experience in real estate transactions, project development, construction, and spatial planning matters, enabling her to take a comprehensive and commercially driven approach to business and investment projects.
