Women leaders of COBALT summon Estonian female leaders

We had the pleasure of hosting a truly remarkable and well-attended event organised by COBALT partners Monika Koolmeister, Marina Kotkas, Liina Linsi, Karina Paatsi, Kristel Raidla-Talur and Elo Tamm to share insights on crisis management and discuss the challenges faced by leaders.

The event featured captivating presentations by Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, who shared her invaluable experience and perspective, and neuroscientist Jaan Aru, who explored the intricacies of our brain’s responses to crisis situations.
