We are glad to announce that the circle of COBALT’s partners expands, and Monika Koolmeister, a sworn attorney and Head of Financial Regulations became a partner of the Estonian office.
Monika Koolmeister is a Banking & Finance attorney and Head of Financial Regulations at COBALT Estonia. She has a 15-year track record as a Banking & Finance attorney and valuable experience as Head of Compliance and member of the Extended Management Board from a leading commercial bank in Estonia. Monika has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2004.
