COBALT advises Danish telecommunications company TDC on selling Bite Group

Danish telecommunications company TDC has sold 100% of shares of Bite Group to Mid Europa Partners. The sum of transaction is EUR 450 million. Bite Group is comprised of Bite Lietuva and its Latvian subsidiary, Bite Latvija. Bite Lietuva is one of the largest mobile telecommunications companies in Lietuva and Bite Latvija is the third largest in Latvia.
