COBALT advises SA KredEx on conducting public procurement in 2020 for the development of the Estonian start-up business ecosystem and start-up business development programs.
The purpose of the procurement is to mitigate through comprehensive value propositions the bottlenecks in the start-up business ecosystem, which hinder the development of start-ups / potential start-ups and/or the ecosystem as a whole. The services provided must contribute to the development of a comprehensive and balanced ecosystem and avoid duplicating those already on the market. The public procurement is financed under the Startup Estonia program (project number EU50651) from the European Regional Development Fund’s resources.
Startup Estonia is a governmental initiative aimed to supercharge the Estonian startup ecosystem in order to be the birthplace of many more startup success stories to come. For that, we are working on making Estonia one of the world's best places for startups, partnering with and uniting the best of startups, incubators, accelerators, private and public sector.
SA KredEx is advised by Senior Associate Kadri Matteus, who helped the contracting authority to prepare the documents of the public procurement and participates in the work of the public procurement committee.
We invite all interested parties to contribute to the development of the Estonian start-up business ecosystem! The public procurement can be found here.
