Apie
Specialist Counsel Tavo Tiits is co-leading the Real Estate and Construction industry and is a highly valued expert in the field of dispute resolution. He represents clients in civil and administrative cases in pre-trial procedures as well as in judicial proceedings at all court instances. Tavo has extensive experience in resolving complicated disputes in the areas of contract law, construction law, business law, and insolvency law. In recent years, he has successfully represented clients in court cases related to real estate development detailed spatial plans, and building permits.
Before joining COBALT, Tavo worked for several other international law offices.
