Before joining COBALT Vytautas worked for almost 2 years in the Banking and Finance Group in another law firm and almost 4 years as an in-house legal counsel in a large Lithuanian capital company group where he has accumulated valuable experience in financing and security transactions as well as in the field of banking and finance law.
