COBALT advised SIA C Capital Markets obtaining an investment firm licence, issued by the Supervision Committee of Latvijas Banka on 22 July, 2026.
The licence authorises SIA C Capital Markets to provide investment services, specifically the placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis, along with ancillary services related to the initial allocation of financial instruments. The company received its licence less than a month after submitting the formal application, following close collaboration with Latvijas Banka during the pre-licensing stage. C Capital Markets a subsidiary of AS Citadele banka.
