COBALT advises SKT Keskkonnateenuste OÜ on acquisition of Veolia Waste handling business in Estonia and Lithuania

AS Alexela Energia subsidiary SKT Keskkonnateenused OÜ has acquired a 100% holding in AS Veolia Keskkonnateenused in a sale competition organised by SEB Enskilda.

AS Veolia Keskkonnateenused has a 100% holding in AS Tallinna Sekto and its subsidiary OÜ Sekto-Pärnu, and a 25% holding in Infokaitsesüsteemide OÜ. AS Veolia Keskkonnateenused also has a 100% holding in Resk OÜ and OÜ Kudjape Ümberlaadimisjaam and an approximately 40% holding in OÜ Prügimees. The latter also includes a holding in OJ Projekt OÜ. In Lithuania, SKT Keskkonnateenused OÜ acquired a 100% holding in UAB Veolia Environmental Services Lietuva together with its subsidiary UAB Veolia Environmental Services Klaipeda.

Under the agreement between the Parties, the transaction value is confidential.
