In cooperation with Shearman & Sterling LLP COBALT provided legal support to TELUS Corporation in contemplated acquisition of Competence Call Center, a leading provider of higher-value-added business services with a focus on customer relationship management and content moderation, for approximately 915 MEUR consisting of debt and equity.
COBALT provided legal assistance as local advisor on Latvian law matters and carried out the legal due diligence of Latvian subsidiary of Competence Call Center. COBALT team included Partner Guntars Zīle and Senior Associate Zane Bule-Mitka.
