COBALT successfully represented a client in an EU subsidy dispute

We successfully represented AS Rakvere Farmid, one of the largest pig breeders in the Nordic countries, in the dispute procedure related to the European Union adaptation grant.

As a result of the procedure, the client received more than 500,000 euros in support from the Agricultural Registers and Information Board (PRIA). This case is also notable for the fact that disputes over the interpretation of support terms usually end up in court rather than being settled out of court.
