Hawk Infinity AS, the Norway-based investment company, has finalised the acquisition of an 80% stake in Latvia-based ATOM Tech SIA (known as ATOM Mobility), marking a significant expansion of its European software portfolio.

The acquisition of the Latvian mobility technology company, ATOM Mobility, is part of a larger investment round that also included the purchase of Germany-based Vistra GbR and Apicon GmbH with the total approximate enterprise value of EUR 40 million (NOK 438 million). The deal integrates ATOM Mobility’s vehicle-sharing and ride-hailing platforms into Hawk Infinity’s expanding suite of business software and SAP interface solutions.
