About

Georg Kuusik is a Specialist Counsel of the COBALT Estonian banking and finance practice group. He has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, with a primary focus on capital markets.

In recent years, he has advised issuers in several IPO projects and assisted with secondary offerings and bond issuances as well as takeover bids. In addition to capital markets, Georg also advises on financial regulatory matters and non-capital markets financing transactions.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Georg serves on the board of the Estonian Young Lawyers’ Association and coaches the University of Tartu team for the international Willem C. Vis Moot Court competition. Before joining COBALT, he worked at several international law firms.

Georg is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2020.
