Karolis Dūdėnas is an Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania. He has more than 12 years of experience advising on corporate insolvency matters, including restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as a wide range of legal issues related to such proceedings. Karolis holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Vilnius University.
