COBALT advised Svenska Handelsbanken in the financing of the acquisition of Fortum Termest AS (Estonia) and Fortum Energiaratkaisut OY (Finland) (Term, Capex and revolving Facility) in the sum of 157 MEUR.
Project legal team included partner Priit Pahapill, associate Indrek Minka and counsel Andreas Kotsjuba.
