Storent Europe AS, one of the leading equipment rental companies in the Baltics, has successfully raised EUR 12.96 million in its public bond offering, exceeding the initially planned EUR 10 million.

The proceeds will be used to refinance bonds maturing in September 2026 and to support the company’s further growth.

Storent bonds attracted interest from both retail and institutional investors across the Baltics. In total, more than 1,200 investors participated in the offering, bringing Storent’s total investor base to more than 5,000 and creating one of the broadest investor communities in the Baltics.

The bonds will be listed on the regulated market of Nasdaq Riga, under the Baltic Bond List.

Signet Bank AS acted as the lead manager of the bond issue.

COBALT Banking and Finance team including Partner Edgars Lodziņš, Senior Associate Krišjānis Bušs, and Junior Associate Kate Birzgale provided legal assistance to Storent in connection with the issuance of bonds.
