COBALT advised UAB Evolis, a Lithuanian developer and investment projects management company, successfully operating on the market since 1998, on the construction of Class A PREMIUM office development (over 12 000 sq. m) in the centre of Vilnius.
The office development covering a total area of 12 000 sq. m consists of a 7 storey building of 5000 sq. m and a 6 storey building of 3400 sq. m, both connected by a two-level underground parking with direct access to the offices using 4 high-speed lifts.
The office development was designed in accordance with the standards for Class A office buildings and was constructed using modern and environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies.
Our assistance included advising on all development matters, lease agreements, including drafting an agreement for the lease of 5 000 sq. m area with the international Scandinavian company Adform.
