COBALT advises AS Reverta in a groundbreaking case on disposal of a subsidiary

COBALT advised and represented Reverta (the former Parex banka) on numerous complex employment law issues as well as representing former board members in a case about board responsibility in disposal of a subsidiary. This was a highly significant case that established new case law in Latvian court practice.
