Following the successful launch of its first bond issue, 15min grupė has taken another significant step in the capital market – it has successfully placed its second bond issue.
The 15min grupė is one of the largest media groups in Lithuania, comprising the 15min news portal, the BNS news agency, radio stations and other media businesses. The group operates in the fields of digital media, news content creation, radio and advertising.
Demand for the bond issue, carrying an annual interest rate of 9.5 % and attracting interest from more than 600 investors, exceeded EUR 14 million. 15min grupė remains the only Lithuanian media group in the Baltic states to have issued its own bonds.
