COBALT counselled Kadaka Varahalduse AS, the holding company of the management of Alexela Group, upon acquisition of 100% holding in Alexela Group. The transaction was financed by a syndicate of Swedbank and Nordea Estonia. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
Our assignment comprised counselling with regard to financing as well as the buy-out of other shareholders.
